DESIGN APPROACH

There were many challenges during this project. Since this SaaS product is one-of-a-kind, a competitive research analysis was conducted to compare features and potential challenges. The user flow took some time to figure out. Questions were asked such as how to socialize the banking experience while also educating a new audience about social crypto-backing. The strategy was to make it simple yet familiar and layer in the complexity when needed. This approach lowers the barrier to entry and increases engagement for all users. The focus was on the most important question: how should users experience this platform? The design and technology followed after the research was completed.
